Display NOT PLAY MODE with alternate color on score (maybe parts)
When I'm developing a score, I will put a musical string into several instruments and then use the PLAY feature to disable/enable measures within the various instruments to test sound balance, harmonics, etc. There is no indication on the screen score that a measure has PLAY disabled, unless you search measure by measure. It would be nice to have a visual color line under a NOT PLAY measure to indicate what is not active, without having to rely on the ear. Is there such a capability? I could not find one?

There is no automatic way to do this. You could, of course, do it manually. Simply mark these five notes (or however many) to not play, then mark them to display in red (or whatever color you want).
