Grace notes not sounding
Measure 19. I hear the notes if I click on them individually, but not when playing the score. Any idea why?

Same here. You might try one of the prall ornaments instead.
You'll hear them if you lower the speed to about 20. Not sure if you wanted two grace notes each for each voice, or four grace notes in both voices. But the speed seems to be a factor. Perhaps re-write so that the grace notes are heard. To do this you'll have to write it out and take time away from the preceding note. Or you can do without the grace notes entirely. At the speed you have there, 64, it's not going to be heard.

Thanks. This piece came from elsewhere so I will just modify it. For future reference, what is a prall ornament?

They can be found in the "More" section of the ornament palette. They are those weird squiggly lines. They can start and end on different notes. Some are similar to the grace notes you wrote.
