Palettes....

It seems that I may have accidentally deleted all of the Palette sections. I can open and close the Palette window, but everything that was meant to be in it before seems to have disappeared (e.g- Dynamics, Symbols, Drums, Key Signatures, Time Signatures). I have included a picture to show what I mean. Can anyone help fix this problem? Thanks
