Repeats on empty staff

When "hide empty staves" is chechked and the first staff empty, then the repeat signs as "D.C.", "Dal Segno" etc. are invisible too.
Repeat signs must be appear allways at first visible staff.

That's been fixed (again) in a more recent nightly build, see #44606: Repeat text (segno. coda, etc) not displayed if hide empty staves enabled and top staff hidden
