Looking for an automatic alternative I'm making a feature request:

The symbol is present in the Symbols palette for current 2.0 builds, way down towards the bottom (we could really use some sort of way to make it easier to find things on that palette!). But you do still have to place it manually.

Hi, sorry but I couldn't find it in the Symbols palette, which has only the freatboard diagram available. Any hint? I'm using 2.0 revision 3543170.
UPDATE: nevermind, just found it in the master palette.

For the record, in part because of confusions like this, the "Symbols" palette the fretboard diagram has been renamed Fretboard Diagrams.
