Suggestion: add 6 and 7 to Fingering palette
Currently the fingering contains 0-5
If the numbers included 6 and 7 they could be used for Trombone positions as well.

As far as I can see that page doesn't have anything on creating new cells or how to add a new graphic element to one?
I don't see anything in a cell's "properties" that actually defines the visible content of the cell.

Shift+Ctrl+drag an element from your score to the palette and it gets added.

Try looking at the attachment and follow the steps.
A double click, for example, on the fingering "5" to write "6"
After created the palette (and enabled change) hold down Ctrl + Shift and drag in it.
