Time signature choices not showing correctly in selection panel
Similar to the problem I just reported with the Key Signature selection panel, the time signatures aren't displaying properly either in the selection panel. Everything appears fine in the score but I would hope the selection panels would show the correct time signatures. What can I do to repair this? These problems are the same on the two different devices (HP Laptop / Win8.1 and SurfacePro3 / Win8.1).

Tried that -- no difference. I hadn't changed any preferences or palettes or anything at all prior to not having the key signatures or time signatures appear correctly.
