Playback not working (audio)

Everything is functioning normally, except the audio. When i press play, everything is working but there is no audio, I've tried headphones and speakers, neither of which have worked. Whenever i use audio in another program there is no issue, so I think it has to do with the new update which I just downloaded.

Something is wrong with your installation. Settings left over from a previous experimental build, probably, that are preventing MuseScore from finding the right soundfont. Please search the Support Forum for other discussions on this topic to see how to correct your installation - eg, revert to factory settings.
