2nd Instrument can not be heard

I wrote a first intrument line and added a second one. The first one is played by the piano, the second one can´t be heard. What can I do?

This is a known limitation with the default SoundFont that comes with MuseScore. If you use a General MIDI SoundFont with MuseScore you can hear the second instrument. See the SoundFont page of the handbook for details and instructions.
