Palettes panel/window gets excessive minimum width, if a workspace with a long name exists on startup
To reproduce:
Create a workspace with a very long name.
Quit MuseScore and restart.
Try narrowing the Palettes panel or window to a more reasonable width.
Expected: it should allow a Palettes panel at least as narrow as the default size.
Observed: the panel's minimum width seems to depend on the longest workspace name that MuseScore reads on startup. (Creating a long-named workspace, or deleting one, has no effect on the min. width before quit & restart. In the same session as when creating such a workspace, the dropdown menu for workspaces correctly truncates the displayed name according to its current width.)
I found the same behavior whether the Palettes panel was docked or undocked.
