Terrible Bugs, unknown how to fix

Uh i have this and every time i try to post it to the website it says "corrupted", and i dont know how to fix the 0/4 measures

The message tries to make clear that some measure are completely empty. MuseScore considers such measures corrupted. Do you remember how you managed to make this happen?

I selected everything, and when to Edit > Voice > Exchange voice 1-2. Twice.
Then I selected all the rests in voice 2 and deleted them.
Hopefully it didn't delete too much stuff.
