Can't import from mail attachment on iPad

If I am sent a musescore file as an attachment I cannot import it. The options on my iPad include 'open with musescore' but when I select it I am told I can only import with songbook. I have songbook installed but it does not appear as an option to open/ import the attachment. How do I get my email attachment into songbook?

As MuseScore Songbook provides the same feature than MuseScore, you can uninstall the MuseScore app. In theory you should also have songbook listed too though. Maybe behind a "Show more" button?

My understanding is that you want the Songbook app, but can uninstall the non-Songbook "MuseScore" app. Not that it should hurt anything to have both, but you could try uninstalling MuseScore and leaving only Songbook. If that doesn't work, you could try uninstalling both then reinstalling Songbook, but I'm just guessing here.
