microsoft and apple mac
I´m not very technical minded so please bear with me. I´m thinking of switching from microsoft to apple. I will however need to take my compositions to a music class where the OS will still be microsoft. Can a file be transferred easily? Thanks.

Files can indeed be transferred easily, but I honestly would not recommend making that switch you're considering. I've seen two many former Windows users desperately seeking help for the simplest things on Mac OS X. It's not an easy transition at all. Can I ask why you're thinking of doing it? If it's about the specific hardware of a Mac you'd like to buy, something to keep in mind is that you can use a Mac computer as a regular PC and install a different operating system on it, such as Windows.
