Voices seem very broken...
I am trying to input a passage which involves two separate voices in both staves in the piano part. When entering the passage for voice 1 in the treble staff (a quarter note, two eighth-notes, and two quarter-notes in 4/4), and then pressing Ctrl+I, Ctrl+2, then going back to the beginning of the passage to enter the lower voice's passage (two half-notes), the notehead still stays coloured in blue, and whatever I had previously written, gets overwritten. I am finding it absolutely impossible to enter passages with more than one voice in one staff, as MuseScore doesn't want to recognise the fact that I've changed voices.
I even tried entering voice 2's passage into voice 1, and then switching the voices around (in the hope of then entering voice 1's passage on top). The switch worked fine, but MuseScore then does not allow me to enter voice 1's part on top of voice 2. Presumably, it is thinking the bar is already full.
This occurs in MuseScore 0.9.6.1.

Upon further experimentation, MuseScore simply just refuses to recognise the voice change. I don't think it thinks the bar is already full, it just doesn't change voices. None of the voices work except for the one in which you already entered a passage. So, if you enter a passage in voice 1, you're stuck with that. Switch the voice to 2, and it will be stuck on voice 2.
EDIT: I uninstalled 0.9.6.1 and installed 0.9.6, and the problem isn't manifesting itself - so I've gone back to 0.9.6 for the time being.
Did you try clicking on the voice 2 button in the toolbar?

Yes, I have tried clicking on the voice 2 button on the toolbar. Neither the keyboard shortcut nor the toolbar button work.

Were the icons on the note entry toolbar dimmed out? If you discover steps to reproduce the problem, please share.
For I had the same problem on just one of my 3 computers, I reinstalled 0.9.6.1. Working with voices now go's perfect.
