Hi MistergClef,
Your account has translators rights now so you can translate anything on the website. All the normal pages (menu & handbook) are covered by a translation system. The news however, is not covered by the translation system. Instead, you simply need to make a post in the forum (it can be the translated text of an English post) and notify me that you wish that post to be promoted to the front page.
