It has been added to the repository. Next prerelease will have the language on board. Great work!
Hi israelzeu703,
Since the MuseScore software has a br-pt translation now, at least the 0.9.4 prerelease, it would be good to consider a translation for the website as well. This way search engines will index the website in Brazilian Portuguese which will bring more traffic to the website and in the end benefit to the adoption of MuseScore. And finally, also attract more developers.
Would you be willing to translate the 5 menu pages (download, features, screenshots, development, links)? It's a couple of hours work max.

So, how can I do to translate the site ??
In reply to website translation by Israel_
I enabled the pt-br interface for musescore.org: http://musescore.org/pt-br
You can translate the menu pages following these instructions.
If you feel confident you may proceed translating the handbook, but be aware that keeping the handbook up to date, i.e. keeping it in sync with the English translation, requires some dedication.
Don't hesitate to leave a comment if you have problems with anything.

Could you translate the following strings:
The first page to start translating is the musescore teaser page.

Miguel,
Your translation looks good. Are you interested in integrating the handbook translation with the MuseScore website? Thomas and I can help you through the process.
If we are able to copy your text over to the MuseScore website your translation would receive a wider distribution and help more people. The text on the website is also used to create a PDF handbook for every official release of MuseScore.

Hi
We finished with the site and handbook and now I will start translate MuseScore software.
In fact I will conclude its translation.
And I have some doubts:
1 Why there are lines that should not be translated?
2 Why the software version in AboutBox string is 0.9.0
3 I noticed that one of the languages is "Brasilian Português". But the correct form is "Português brasileiro". I think it must be corrected in all languages.
Regards
Vítor

Another doubt:
The .ts file has many strings with the word "form", but I can't find it within the software to understand its meaning.
Does it mean something like "shape" or "document filling"?

1 - MuseScore has some debug code to display the internal data structure. This is mostly useful for programmers and translating the various strings which often reflect internal variable names does not make sense.
