Buzzing sound when I play back music written for tuba.

When I play what I've written so far on a four part tuba piece, a loud buzzing sound happens that makes it difficult to hear. This happens with and without headphones, so i know it's not my speakers, and the notes are not especially low so the program can play them.

Please attach the score you having problems with and describe precisely where the problem occurs. Also, check your volume in View / Synthesizer and be sure you are not clipping.
