I would like to help with the translation too. I'm teaching music technology and my pupils are waiting for the Spanish version of the manual... so I want to try and do my bit to help.

@Don Only Leônidas is involved with the Portuguese (continental) translation, but I would say go ahead with making changes. To start, https://musescore.org/pt-pt/ is missing the translation of the Download page. So that's an important one to start with.
