9/4 Time Sig Bug
Hello,
I just downloaded the software. The very first project I tried is in 9/4, and it does 5/4 instead (the signature says 9/4, but it only puts 5 quarter notes per measure).

The bug you describe only affects mouse input (keyboard input works fine).
However, the bug no longer exists in the prereleases for the upcoming version 0.9.4. If you want to try the prereleases there is a link on the download page.
