Having Trouble Inserting Title And Composer

Hello, just joined; new user of MuseScore. My first project is an orchestral work. I imported a midi 1 file from Sonar. I can't insert the title and composer. I tried using the add text and add frame tools, but the most that happens is I get a text box in the flute staff, but it goes away when I try to do anything, like type, or try to move it. Since this was an import, the wizard did not come up, so I couldn't insert title etc at the start. I need to do it after already opening the project. Thanks, mikeinmaine
