What exactly do Views & Plays statistics mean?
OK, so Downloads is pretty clear. 1 download is at least one initiated if not completed.
But how about "View"s? Does that mean that someone just hit the first page of the sheet music? or does it mean that they paged through 3, 4, or 5 pages? or the whole thing?
Does a "Play" mean that they hit the play button, even though they immediately went to another page and didn't hear a note? What is the programming criteria? 1/3 of the piece? 6 measures? The whole thing? Even if you skipped around a bit?
Just wondering. Especially since I can have Plays without incrementing Views.

A view is counted every time someone sees your score on musescore.com or when embedded on another website. A play is when the score playback is started. Currently we don't track how long someone plays a score.
