Stupid question...but how do I get crescendos do work?
It's clear to me that clicking a dragging a crescendo between two dynamic markings won't do it. I succeeded once, but I don't remember how.

if i remember correctly, press the first note of the crescendo, shift click the last note, then add the crescendo
