Bold text in General Style dialog
I was just pondering the ins and outs of the General Style dialog, as I sometimes do, wondering how Page Settings could be merged into the same dialog, wondering how to better expose the "Staff line thickness" setting (it might make more sense in the "Score" section than the "Measure" section), when I noticed something I hadn't noticed before.
Why is the "Create multimeasure rests" setting in bold?

Same reason quite a few other settings are also bold - basically, anything that heads (and enables/disable) a group of related settings.

Ah, I see. It's inconsistent, though—all but one other case (of a setting being in bold) are the heading of a "groupbox." And should "Hide empty staves" also be bold?

"Hide empty staves" diesn#t haed any other reletaed settings, so why should it be bold?
I think Qt is doing this for us, automagically

"Don't hide empty staves in first system."

Hmm, true. That should then be indented too
