tweak offset for "slide out down" & "slide out up"
Notice how the curves for fall and doit start at exactly the y position of the note's pitch:
But then look how "Slide out down" and "Slide out up" don't start at y position of the note's pitch:
I think to more accurately communicate how pitch changes temporally, should have "slide out down" & "slide out up" to be offset so lines start right at y offset of pitch and right after the notehead, just like "fall" and "doit":

The slides are also used in tablature staff, so any changes need to consider this case.

Well, this thread is 3 years old... that score got created with MuseScore 2.0.2, we're at 2.3.2 meanwhile.
It does however still look the same, so this request seems stil valid
