Improve string tuning in tablature

Currently, to alter tablature string tuning you have to go to "staff properties > Edit string data …", then alter the "Edit string" box repeatedly for each string.

The procedure could be simplified and shortened by omitting the "edit string" box altogether, and simply allowing the user to enter the tuning of strings directly in the "Edit strings" dialog. Something like this:

The interface could be simplified even further by combining the "note" and "octave" fields into one field for each string. The user could enter this directly as ordinary text for each string: e.g. "E4" (or e4), "A3" (or a3) etc.
