And, in case it isn't clear, once you have the parts, you can print them individually by viewing them and using File / Print, or you can generate PDF's for all of them at once with File / Export Parts.
Having done this several times, I would recommend creating the parts first, checking them in MS to make sure things like articulations, staff text, dynamics, etc. are all properly located, then save, then print.
