Would anyone be able to write or tell me how to write it?
Thanks

redundant pauses?

An alternative way is to do one set of eighth notes on the treble stave and one on the bass and use cross-staff beaming and hide all the rests. Similar effort required just that you might find one easier than the other.
Oh, and do it as four measures with their actual durations set to 11/4, 8/4 etc. or similar and with the end barlines hidden. As well as making rest hidden you'll need to move some of them up to allow the beam line to rise as MuseScore sets the beam to avoid clashes with the rests based upon position rather than visibility.

I've opened the file and am trying to write the rest but is not working for me...not that good with musescore.

Might be better to start with something more straightforward then to gain familiarity with the program. Then if you continue to have problems, post the specific score you are having problems with and describe *precisely* what you are having problems with (eg, what you are clicking/pressing in what order, what you expect to see happen, what happens instead).
My version.

You also need to add a hidden 8 basso to the treble stave of the second-last measure since MuseScore only (and correctly) applies 8's to the selected notes/stave.

For the sake of playback, you are correct. I didn't even try playback, as I'm usually not interested in it. As regards music playback, there are much better programs than MuseScore around, though their notation capabilities usually are a fraction of those granted by MuseScore. It's a general rule that each task needs the proper tool to be achieved at its best.
I don't always worry about playback either but for the sake of completeness I thought I'd add the bit about the 8vb before someone else asked why it didn't play back correctly.
