I put the wrong ariculation on all notes
Is there a way that I could select all of one type of articulation and change it to another?

No, but if you haopen tio have no done anything else, you can hit Ctrl+Z to undo, which will leave you right back where you were, including your original selection. Even if you have already done something else, you can undo up to that point then one more, with the same result.
Or, you can right click one articulation, Select / More / Same subtype, OK, then press Delete to delete them all, but then you'd have to re-establish your selection.
