Incorrect Beams [Nightly r4003]
I opened up a concert band score in the latest nightly r4003 that I created in 1.0. I found the 8th note/16th note beams incorrect. With stems down, the 8th note beam should go across the bottom, and the 16th note beam above it. It was the opposite in this score. When the stems went up, it was correct, only when they went down was there a problem. See attached screenshot.
(NOTE: I created a new score from scratch in r4003, and it exhibited the same behavior.)

This is a little better screenshot that shows a set of beams both up & down.
