TopStaff anchor for articulations/ornaments does not honor notes and beams outside staff

What to do (see attached file):
- Add some eights and/or quarter notes which are above the staff (or have a beam above the staff)
- add some pralls, .. to the notes by dragging it onto the note.

What happens:
- the pralls are always placed above the staff with the same amount of spacing, even if it then disappears behind the note or beam

Expected result:
- The ornament should be placed above the highest note/beam if this is higher than the staff (and should stay above the beam/note if the note gets moved up/down)

I can move the ornaments manually (if I can find/select it :) ), but this is tedious and the ornaments are then not really aligned anymore.

Tested with MuseScore 1.0 on Win7 and trunk on Ubuntu.
