Import MIDI and exchange Timbre
Hello , I am new in MuseScore , and I'm trying to understand how it works, and the first time messing with it.
I recorded a MIDI in Digital PIano and want to import it to the musescore to create a piano score, when I open it comes with MIDI channel 1 percussion timbre , how can I change that piano ?
Thank you guys!

I believe you can change the instrument right at the import, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/midi-import

Thank you for your help.
This panel of timbres and channels below , appears only one channel and I can not change it if I click on nothing appears if you click the arrow , it has nothing below as well.
Where it will be that will to add another channel?
Did not quite understand.
I'm guessing you created the MIDI file on a Yama have keyboard? There is a known incompatibility. If you search this forum you should find a discussion and workaround.
Note that import of MIDI File created by playing into a sequencer in real time will seldom produce useful / readable notation, so don't set your expectations too high.

It's indeed a known issue with Yamaha keyboards. See #85856: Piano renders as percussion on SMF import with Yamaha XG SysEx block
It would help tremendously if you could attach a simple MIDI file (C D E F) made with your keyboard in the issue.
