Are you talking about importing a hard copy into MuseScore via scanning?
If you mean, you wish to see letter names along with the notes ("A", "B", etc), then there are a couple of plugins you can install and run on a score that will add these. See https://musescore.org/en/project/addnotenameheads and https://musescore.org/project/notenames. it's possible the second of these comes pre-installed; I don't remember. See the Plugins / Plugin Manager to see if it is available to be selected.

the 2nd comes pre-installed, but without translations.
In MuseScore 2.0.3 it will come with translations.
