See bug that also happens in these steps: #10217: Add option to preserve all staves of multi-stave instrument
Clefs, key and time signatures are also amiss.
Courtesy clefs are introduced. Untick 'Don't hide empty staves in first system'.

See this: #25168: Instrument labels incorrectly placed after hide empty staves is unchecked
I take it the really bad effects shown in the original screenshot are not reproducible any more, and the only bad effect is the staff names moving to the left - and then moving back where they belong as soon as you do anything that causes a relayout (eg, an edit, or just Ctrl+A)?
If so, let's close this and focus on #25618: Score corruption upon time signature change
We can close this one right? There are independent bug reports opened now?
chen lung, if you think there is some aspect to this that is *not* covered by #25168: Instrument labels incorrectly placed after hide empty staves is unchecked (sorry, had wrong link earlier), re-open but please list new steps.
The other one only talks about instrument names. This one encompasses other things, including brackets and bars.
Yes, and three years ago I'm sure that score and those steps produced these problems. The question is, do you still see any such problems *today*? I don't using the posted score and steps. So again, if you do, you'll need a new score and/or new steps.
Sorry, clicked wrong item in dropdown.
I've tested in a recent build and it now seems to be instrument names.
