Layout changes after action
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Do something (e.g. 'Select All').
Result: Bar 5 jumps onto the first system.
Note: Repeating step 2 will change the layout back and forth.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build a78eec8 - Mac 10.7.5.

I don't know if they are related, but issues were previously filed regarding a change of layout:
#18039: Select All changes layout
#30941: Layout changes after Select All
FWIW, it doesn't for me on Ubuntu - bar 5 stays on the second system. But I know how sensitive these calculations are; if it's borderline, it could be system-dependent.
BTW, I see a bogus clef at the end of bar 5 in the top staff. Could that be sign of a corrupt file that is triggering the problem? Does the issue go away if you remove that clef?
No, the issue doesn't go away.
I had deleted bars to the point it was reproducible.
Could be Mac-only - might also be Qt.
I don't know if it's related, but in the attached score, there seems to be no layout changes if you do 'Select All', but the score is marked with an impending save and 'Undo' becomes available.

For better or worse, that much seems to be normal if the score has courtesy key signatures. They are removed and added back as part of the the layout process. Maybe not ideal, but I suspect that was done to fix some other problem.
I can't reproduce with 336273b. I believe this was fixed at some point after 2.0.1.
Automatically closed -- issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
Unfortunately, it's apparently not fixed. See https://musescore.org/en/node/70546 and #70706: Measure changes position inexplicably / score layout differs between systems.
The particular case at hand is closed, though, right?
