Musescore 3 running extremely slowly
The title says it all. In the past, I've had some slight issues with musescore, but usually, I just assume that it's because I'm working on a large score, but recently it's been slow on any score I work on, even when creating a new score!
Does anyone know how I can fix this? I downloaded a trial version of Finale to see if maybe my computer is starting to bite the dust, but finale ran perfectly, so I'm not sure what's causing it. I tried re-installing musescore, but it didn't do anything...
Hopefully, someone can help me find a solution!

Did you recently install additional soundfonts or extensions into MuseScore?

I definitely haven't downloaded any extensions, however, I do have a few soundfonts downloaded (Sonatina Symphonic, Timbres of heaven). But I only use the musescore default SoundFont unless I'm exporting the audio, so I doubt that's the issue.
