Errant mark I cannot select or delete
There is an errant mark I cannot select or delete at measure 69 Section D. It appears to be an accent articulation. Does anyone know how I can delete this mark? Attached is the .mscz file.

That accent was misplaced. Probably moved it accidentally with the mouse, possibly to another page. After a first try, I noticed that it initially belonged to the Bass staff.
So, do: right-click on an accent measure 69 in Bass staff (but we would have done it from another staff as well) -> Select ->More -> Tick "Same subtype"/ Ok
Then do Ctrl (Cmd for Mac) + R. This resets the default position of the elements.
