Can you merge staves?
When I imported a MIDI I wrote in a different software into MuseScore3, the synth part automatically split apart and separated into 2 staves in treble clef (see photo below)
Does anyone know how to get the part back into 1 stave?

Great, thank you - that's done the trick!
But also, when importing the MIDI file, you should see a panel with a whole bunch of options, one should let you control that.
If you continue to have trouble, please attach the MIDI file so we can understand and assist better.

I didn't realise the "split stave" option was auto-ticked when I imported the MIDI because it was hidden (as you had to scroll to reveal it). I fixed it with the implode tool that Raymond suggested.
