what are these tempo markings and how do I get rid of them?
Sorry, I'm just learning. I opened a midi file and I'm seeing these markings everywhere. I think I understand what they are trying to tell me, but how do I get rid of them or at least not have them visible. Thank you

Or make them invisible, select, hit V. Maybe they are meant to be some kind of ritardando

Thanks for the suggestion. Now I just need to make that not happen with midi files.

On looking at it again, I think Jojo may be correct in which case just using "v" to hide them would be a better solution (if you want to play the chart you are making using MIDI).
