Volta issues
Using up to date version of Musescore on a Mac (V 3.5.2).
I have a piece with three simple repeats, each with alternate 1st and 2nd time bars.
The first one works absolutely fine. The other two work fine the first time around, however, on the replay they always play both the first and the second Volta.
I have driven myself mad trying to work out what is going on. I have looked at Volta properties in the inspector, all three are set indentically. The repeat bars are set up identically.....I can find no difference between the first repeat (which works fine) and the second / third (which always play both the 1st and 2nd Voltas on the repeat.
Any suggestions.....
File attached.....not complete composition but hopefully will let folk see the problem, or at least let me know if it works like that for them!
Cheers

You have a few duplicate voltas, and due to #311986: Duplicate volta causes later repeats to play wrong this plays wrongly
Sorry....don't understand what you mean! Could you explain a bit.....??? Cheers

I guess some of the voltas had been applied via double click as needed in older versions of MuseScore, but not in the latest, where a single click is enough, leading to then being added twice, on top of one another.
Happened to you twice, at measure 8 and at measure 16

What do you mean Volta?

You would need to attach a score for us to be sure it's fixed for 3.6 as in the issue Jojo linked to (with the pink highlight). A volta is the line with the numbers under them telling which repetition to play during.

Make sure that there aren't two volta lines, one on top of the other. If there are its invisible....that was the problem for me....

That's a bug that got introduced with 3.5.x and fixed for 3.6, see #311986: Duplicate volta causes later repeats to play wrong

At the end of the score the last Volta is the problem It will play thru the 1st volta during the 2nd play thru. See attached

The volta 1 over measures 29-30 is doubled. Select it and delete it and it will still be there. This causes the next one to not play correctly.
