Musescore document files
Sorry, I am not computer savvy and my synapses do not always fire when they should. I suddenly realized that I have Musescore and a Musescore3 folders in my Documents folder. All Musescore3 folders are empty. Please tell me that I have not lost my mind.

You haven't lost your mind, it's the folder generated by installing version 3. You probably already had 2X. Check the paths from Edit/Preferences.

Would you suggest I migrate all my files from Musescore to Musescore 3 and what would be the best way of doing this?

I would keep them in their original format unless you have a reason for updating them. You can run versions 1, 2 & 3 all at the same time without problems.
It's not impossible. You can put scores in any folder you want and all scores have the same extension (either .mscz or .mscx). The program looks inside the score to decide if it's version 1, 2 or 3.

Thanks. You keep late hours. This will be a good opportunity to de-trash my Musescore folders.
Be safe.!

Wait....your synapsis still fire. My one remaining brain cell is just floating around aimlessly. Once in a while it bumps into a vacuum molecule and fires. But then it is worn out for quite some time.

You keep late hours.
No, you get up early in the morning. I'm still asleep at 2 or 3 AM (US Central time).
