Help needed! Musescore crashed!
So this happend. The program is not responding.
As you can see Musescore crashed and I didn't save everything before it.
I don't want to loose it.
What should I do? It's like this for about three hours now.

Without saving it before? difficult.
In best case you can restore the last session after a restart, or, but probably not here, find an autosaved version: https://musescore.org/en/node/52116.

Glad to hear. But now it's the best time to save the score ;-).
One more wild suggestion, maybe check in the task manager, if there's a process, it blocks the application.
