Tuplets
What in the world should do to be able to write out this measure in 3/4 on my own sheet? (This is a screenshot taken from Youtube on the Genshin Impact themesong).

Might need to tweak the note durations, as there aparrently two 8th and one 16th

As far offset as the 3 is in the picture, it looks like there is more going on that we can't see. The 3 is practically under the first A (assuming treble clef) in the picture. If the tuplet applied only to the 3 short notes I would expect the 3 under the 16th note.

Right, it is a half note, a triplet on an 8th (one 8th + one 16th) and another 8th

You are correct. The last 8th note isn't part of the triplet. This makes it very confusing for the musician.

Bracket to the rescue!

In my own music I would have done that.
It became a quinttuplet instead, but I don't really mind. I made the tuplet value to 5/4 and that´s it. Sounds the same at least.

It shouldn't sound the same. Using a quintuplet the first and last notes would have the same duration. Using an eighth + sixteenth triplet followed by a normal eighth would mean the first note is 2/3 the length of the third note. What is more, using a quintuplet the final note would start after the 1/2 beat rather than exactly on the 1/2 beat.
