How to make the lines less spread
ive started making smth but the lines are all really far apart and I don't know how to change it

Format > Style > Page > Disable vertical spreading (or some such)

But, I note your score is practically empty. It doesn't make sense to try to make adjustments to the overall layout appearance of your score until you are closer to done. You will likely find the defaults actually work better than any adjustments you make, in real world scores as opposed to ones consisting mostly of empty measures. And then your adjustments may well turn out to be been not just a waste of time, but actually counterproductive.
