Strange behaviour at key change

Attached file has me a bit confused.

At the bottom the key signature changes from A to D, but the only way I can get the subsequent G to play as a natural is to manually put signs there. The key change seems to've been ignored despite natural clearly showing in key>

Any ideas anyone?

You didn't change the key signature for the bottom staff, just for the top staff, a 'local key signature'
Fixed score attached.
In the top staff it is still shown, but as a courtesy accidental, and can get removed easily (left as an excercise to the reader ;-))
