Adding Page numbers
I am compiling a book of tunes (40+) and need to assign page #s. I have read how other user’s have suggested, but I still don’t understand. Clarify, please.

I need to assign page numbers and compile a table on contents to form a tune book.

Insert a vertical Frame, Right click->add Text.

The first link in the first repsonse shows how to set the page numbers (in Format / Page Settings). Creating a table of contents is something you'd have to do manually though. I assume you are making these separate scores (otherwise the page numbering would be automatically correct already); in which case actually I'd consider adding the page numbers and TOC using a PDF combining utility that has such a feature built in.
