What are the ctrl+shift+↑ and ctrl+shift+↓ commands called/where are they in the menu system?
The documentation explains to use ctrl+shift+↑ / ctrl+shift+↓ to display notes on the staff above or below (for cross-staff beaming) but I can't find this command anywhere in the menu or a description of what it's called?
If nothing else that would help me find the programmatic name of the matching function for a plugin!
In the Preferences|Shortcuts dialog they're just called "Move chord/rest to staff below/above", which isn't very helpful...

Yes, that's the documentation I referred to. Which doesn't give the name of the commands.

Anyway I figured it out from looking at the source code, it's "move-up" and "move-down" for the plugin cmd( ) function at any rate.

Ah, you meant the internal name (as aso usable by plugins), sorry I didn't read the initial post properly
