Unable to publish any score as public
I transcribe primarily guitar solos with tablature of songs not in the public domain. I have only recently been able to publish online scores of any kind including the one below. I indicate the arrangement is based on a song not in the public domain and I also identify the song it is based on by name and indicate that I wish to publish the arrangement as "public." At the copyright section I indicate the default "all rights reserved." I believe I am following all of the appropriate steps but apparently I am missing something. Kind assistance would be much appreciated. EGad

This is not the correct forum to post this in. You should look at the .com site.
However I suggest you read through the instructions again. If you are transcribing music not in the public domain, that means that someone owns the copyright for it. Which is why you can't publish it as public.

Thank you. I have published transcripts of solos many times before without issue; however, I will do as you suggest.

I have solved this issue. The uploads were hanging at 100%. I refreshed the page which added the publishing options I was looking for.

That is good as far as it goes. But be aware that an arrangement of a song not in the public domain is still that song. Whoever owns the copyright needs to give you permission before you publish. You own the copyright on the arrangement but not on the song.
