How do I have different instruments in different parts of a score?

What I'm trying to do is write a choir piece. I have the piano accompaniment and two choir lines, one for women, one for men. I have the first verse sung by the women, and the second by the men, and as the lines are identical, I only need one choir line there. Then, I'd like to have the full two choir staff for the remainder of the song. Can I do this in Musescore?
