some notes shifting an octave on parts

Hi
I made charts for vocals, bass, tenor sax and trumpet, all in concert.
When finished, I transposed the trumpet and tenor accordingly.
Then I created the parts, made them neat on their own and printed them.
Both the tenor and trumpet parts have certain notes transposed an octave down, like in the middle of a phrase.
Went back to my scores and checked and yes the parts don't reflect the main score....
