When using rhythmic slash notation, ties are not positioned correctly:
This can be worked around by manual placement. X=0.8sp, Y=-0.5sp seems to do the trick:
This is, of course, tedious to do for all ties. MuseScore should do this automatically.

Indeed, it seems we position based on a normal notehead and don't figure out an appropriate adjustment. I know the tie position code is being tweaked as we speak, maybe someone will see this and include it
Meanwhile, you can at least perform the same adjustment for all ties in a region at one - select the region, right-click one tie, Select / All Simialr Elements in Range Selection, then do the adjustment.
